You may head up a group or department or be charged with providing a leadership team with a retreat or work session. Or, perhaps your team needs to improve its internal relationships
and communications. LSL has created many different formats for teambuilding or working sessions for several clients that have succeeded in helping those clients not only become more effective
as a group but accomplish other goals as well. Ideally, we conduct a survey of the involved group to learn what specific needs and participant expectations need to be addressed. We also work closely
with stakeholders and team champions to tailor the workshop or retreat to high level expectations.
LSL designs these sessions to go beyond typical
teambuilding sessions that are primarily designed to help
team members bond with one another. While we do focus on team
relationships and communication styles, we ensure that this
work occurs within the context of the team’s real, on-the-job
business goals so that learning and development is relevant
and can be applied post-session with specific, practical results.
