Leaders must not only manage work activity and people, they must enable others to be efficient
and effective, helping themselves as well as helping others to learn, develop and function at ever higher
levels than they’re currently functioning. This workshop teaches leaders to re-focus and energize their
own and others’ careers, improve individual and organizational performance, and strengthen workforce
loyalty, all through learning the fundamental applications of Emotional Intelligence. Leaders will also discover
how to identify and integrate awareness with action to better manage change and the natural tension that
goes with leadership. The overall program goal is to better leverage employees’ passion to inspire
commitment and improve workgroup performance.
