This program is one that can be extremely useful as a single leadership team session or for several levels
of management in an organization. Its primary purpose is to articulate, deliver and operationalize company
strategy. For a leadership team this means that priorities need to be identified and anticipated problems
and communications addressed. For other levels of management the goal is to link the strategic direction
and priorities to the day-to-day jobs of every employee. This builds alignment and everyone’s ability
to contribute to the productivity and profitability of the company. The program includes videotaped role
plays and evaluations as well as team presentations.
Follow up sessions can be added to enhance multi-directional communication flow and to reinforce strategy
linkages and execution within various levels of management or departments.
Course objectives include:
- Articulating and translating company strategy
